We at N ewmans pride ourselves on producing high quality cake, using scratch recipes that have been handed down over the generations, but altered where forced on us due to flour or fat changes. Whilst some of our competitors have had to move on to ‘packet mixes’ due to these changes, we have persevered and made the necessary changes to make sure we can still supply our customers with a traditionally baked cake.
We produce 3 varieties: Madeira, chocolate and Best Fruit.
The sponge cake has a 4-5 week shelf life, so work can be started
in good time for the busy cake decorator.
 We supply both trade and retail and deliver nationally via courier within 2 days. All cakes are baked to order, are an average of 3” depth and can be any shape, including square, round, oval, heart, petal, hexagon, etc.
